BEHIND GET BACK

YOUR BODY
FOLLOWS
YOUR MIND.

Movement has always been part of my life. What started as a love for sport became a journey of learning how strength, discipline and mindset shape more than just your body.

WHY GET BACK 02 / THE NAME
MORE THAN A NAME

GET BACK TO
YOUR STRENGTH.

At sixteen, I discovered my passion for the gym — and especially for training my back. Over the years, my back became one of my defining features. What I once wanted to hide because I was told it was “too muscular for a woman” eventually became one of my greatest strengths. Today, it is exactly what people compliment me on.

That is why GET BACK means more to me than building a strong back. It means finding your way back to your own strength.

There is strength in every one of us. Sometimes we lose access to it through self-doubt, change or difficult moments. But it is not gone. It is still there, waiting to be rediscovered.

GET BACK means finding yourself again, reclaiming your strength and turning discipline into change that does not simply begin — it lasts.

GET BACK TO YOURSELF. GET BACK TO YOUR STRENGTH.

MY STORY 03 / THE JOURNEY
I STOPPED
TRAINING BLIND. THE PROCESS
FROM TRYING TO UNDERSTANDING

I STOPPED
TRAINING BLIND.

I started playing football at nine. Movement was never just a hobby to me — it felt like freedom.

At sixteen I discovered the gym. I wanted to become stronger, look better and feel more comfortable in my own body. What I did not have was understanding. So I did what many people do: I tried, copied and hoped.

I tested different training plans and diets. I made progress and lost it again. Over time I learned that no body works exactly the same and no single path works for everyone.

I learned to understand my own body — when it can perform, when it needs rest and what actually moves it forward. At the same time, I learned how important mental strength is.

Today, that is what drives me: not only becoming better myself, but passing that knowledge on and showing others that they are capable of more than they think.

Real change is not about copying somebody else's routine. It is about learning what works for you.

THE NEXT STEP GET BACK / NEXT

CHANGE STARTS
IN YOUR MIND.

Training can give you structure. Understanding yourself is what makes progress sustainable. Find the path that fits where you are right now.
